Stormy

Lightning fascinates me. There’s nothing like it on this planet and the literal energy I feel from a good storm is second to none. I can always feel a sudden stillness and change in the air all around my body right before a strike. Probably because I’m about to become a human lightning rod. After a storm, a sense of calm, positive energy floods my soul. It’s pretty hard to accurately describe.

Although I’ve had a few close calls while photographing storms, I’ve never felt 100% afraid. Maybe just like 99%.
